    Planning our Scandinavian tour was easy and we had a great time traveling through the five countries. Our trip planner made everything possible for us even with tight work schedules and he always checked up on what sites to visit in each country. He coordinated all of this so well that it felt like he went everywhere with us! All-around professional guy who is highly recommended by me; I’m planning more trips now because my experience was amazing from start to finish thanks to him (and Firebird!).

    The trip was great. Way more than we expected! We often wondered what would happen next - but a tour guide always appeared to give tours, meet us, transport us, provide tickets. It would have been nice to have "Tours to Norway" or "Firebird" baggage tags, although we never lost a piece! We will highly recommend your travel agency to friends. It was a great trip of planes, trains, automobiles and ferries. Thank you for your and your staff's help and following up with us.
